Dendrobates tinctorius ‘Cobalt’ (Cobalt Blue)

Captive-bred Dendrobates tinctorius ‘Cobalt’ offspring of the parent frogs pictured. Cobalts are bold, active, ground-dwelling dart frogs with vivid blue, black, and yellow coloration. Their natural pattern variation makes each frog unique. Hardy and relatively forgiving when properly cared for, they are an excellent beginner dart frog and fun to watch.

Provide a humid, well-planted vivarium with leaf litter and ample cover. Dendrobates tinctorius can be territorial, especially as they mature. Plan adult housing carefully and do not mix dart frog species or locality lines.

Photos show the parents of the offspring for sale. Color and markings vary naturally, so each offspring will look a little different.
