Oophaga pumilio ‘Bastimentos Cemetery’ is a small, bold dart frog from Bastimentos Island in Panama’s Bocas del Toro region. The island is home to several distinct populations, and Cemetery frogs are especially known for their natural color variation, ranging from yellow and gold to orange, red, white, and even green. Markings vary naturally from one frog to another.

Bastimentos pumilio are active, fascinating to observe, and known for their parental care. Males carry newly hatched tadpoles to small water sites, where females feed them unfertilized eggs.
